Water soluble liquid used as the  ideal additive for perfumes, skin and hair care products,  utilized as a cutting oil. A proprietary blended oil similar to DPG  that is designed as an agent to help air freshener and burning oil fragrances stretch and spray constantly in various temperatures or climates.
