Order Policy & Minimums

  • Order Minimum: All wholesale orders must meet a $150 minimum (before shipping and taxes).

  • If an order does not meet the minimum, we will make one attempt to contact you via phone and/or email to request additional items.

  • Orders that fall below the minimum will remain on hold until the necessary additions and payment are received.

  • Once an order is paid and submitted to fulfillment, no changes can be made. If items are added or omitted, a new qualifying order will be required.

  • All tracking details and order updates are sent via email.

Order Processing Times

Orders are processed within 48–72 business hours, during our standard operating hours:
Tuesday–Friday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
